Our Team

Scott Reynolds

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Scott is our Director of Operations with over 26 years of Leadership, Customer Service and Operational Experience supporting all of our Ontario Sleep Care locations. Born in raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Scott has had opportunity to work in several provinces and at a National Level. As a Respiratory Therapist since 2004, Scott has always had a passion for Sleep Therapy and how to facilitate individuals into successful treatment. After finally settling in Ontario in 2014 with his family, Scott started the live launch of Ontario Sleep Care in 2017.

Scott is dedicated, hard working, and driven to continue the successes and growth of Ontario Sleep Care in all our Ontario communities.

Heather

REGIONAL MANAGER - GTA WEST/REGISTERED PRACTICAL NURSE

Heather Marzok is the Manager for our Etobicoke, Milton, Mississauga and Eglinton Locations for Ontario Sleep Care. She is dedicated, hard working and provides support to both staff members and patients.

Heather is also a Registered Practical Nurse and received her Diploma from Humber College. She is no stranger to CPAP therapy, with numerous years of experience as a Sleep Clinician, helping individuals of all ages be successful in treating Sleep Apnea.

Karan

REGIONAL MANAGER - GTA / REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST

Karan is a Registered Respiratory Therapist managing several locations including Brampton, Thornhill, and Niagara Falls.

Karan graduated from Respiratory Therapy program in 2005 and is a registered member of College of Respiratory Therapist of Ontario. Over the past years, Karan has acquired knowledge in the field of respiratory therapy by working in various settings of the profession and caring for patients with cardiopulmonary diseases and sleep disorders. Karan has cared for the patients by helping them in diagnosis, treatment, and management of respiratory diseases. Karan joined the team of Ontario Sleep Care in September 2017 and since has helped OSC patients with treatment of sleep disorders like Obstructive Sleep Apnea by providing CPAP therapy.

Cody

REGIONAL MANAGER – EASTERN ONTARIO

Cody Allen is our Regional Manager and Clinical Sleep Specialist for Eastern Ontario.

Cody has over 15 years of sales, patient care and leadership experience working in the sleep industry. His passion is to deliver excellent service and to work closely with healthcare professionals educating them on the importance of treating sleep apnea. He believes that sleep is an important part of our well-being to succeed in our everyday lives. 

 He is also a former Polysomnographic Technologist receiving his training at the Atlanta School of Sleep Medicine. 

 Cody is a big hockey and baseball fan, playing both sports in his high school and college days. He enjoys spending quality time with his young daughter and going on adventures with her.

Ashley

CLINICAL MANAGER – KINGSTON AREA

Ashley is our Clinical Manager for the Ontario Sleep Care locations in Kingston and Perth.

With decades of experience in customer service, administration, and management within several sectors, she prides herself on being able to give consistent, outstanding service and believes that any healthy lifestyle begins with a good night’s sleep. Ashley received her Legal Administration Diploma and Medical Administration Diploma from St. Lawrence College in 2016. She has since worked for several physicians and in healthcare retail.

Ashley is the mother of two teenage boys and in her spare time enjoys making as many memories with her family as she can.

Sandra

SLEEP CLINICIAN / REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST

Sandra is a Respiratory Therapist at our Milton location with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and presently works as a CPAP Educator. Being a CPAP expert with 20 years of knowledge, she has that extra experience to lend with suggestions on mask, humidity, and comfort measure as you acclimate to your new device.  Having worked in many aspects of Respiratory Therapy from ICU to Asthma Education to Medical Sales, she can help you understand your disease process and OSA more thoroughly if you want to ask detailed questions. Also experienced in a 14 bed sleep Lab facilitates understanding the results of your sleep study and what it all means. After seeing the positive results of so many clients and life changing improvements she knows how to help you have success.

Andrea O.

SLEEP CLINICIAN / REGISTERED PRACTICAL NURSE

Andrea O. is a Registered Practical Nurse that works at our Etobicoke location. 

She has over 8 years of nursing experience in various settings. Andrea received her Practical nursing diploma from Humber College in 2013, then got her perioperative certificate from Mohawk college in 2019. She is passionate about helping patients succeed with CPAP therapy. Andrea joined us in 2022 to help provide the best CPAP therapy for patients all over the GTA.

Richa

CLINICAL SLEEP SPECIALIST

Richa is our Clinical Sleep Specialist for our Eglinton location.

Richa has over 5 years of experience in CPAP world and over 8 years of experience in patient care. Richa’s priority is providing patients the best possible care.  Richa is sincerely passionate about helping people. She loves working in the health care industry where she believes she can make positive impact on people’s lives. Richa works very closely with her patients to ensure their therapy is successful and beneficial.

Richa graduated from York University with Bachelor’s in Science, Biology. She has worked closely with patients for over 5 years as a pharmacy assistant.

Richa enjoys dancing and spending time with her friends and family. She loves the outdoor activities, and adventures, such as hiking. She also has passion for gardening.

Richa is ready to work hard to bring a smile to every patient’s face who walk through her doors. Stop by for a visit!

Bill

CLINICAL SLEEP SPECIALIST

Bill is our Sleep Clinician at the Thornhill office. Bill has spent his life using his personal and career experiences to help people with respiratory ailments, and sleep issues, like Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

As the son of a mother who suffered from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, and OSA, he knows how the stress of fatigue and overwhelming tiredness can affect every facet of one’s life, including loved ones. His focus is OSA care and the education surrounding sleep devices like CPAP, APAP, etc.

He knows there is no single plan that works for everyone, so he continues to educate himself on emerging therapies and industry trends to provide the most comprehensive assistance. His work experiences include working for major Hospital systems and National Home Care companies in the USA from 1997 to 2002, and various Respiratory Service Vendors in Ontario, Canada from 2003 to the present.

He received his Respiratory Therapy education in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA with a Degree in Applied Sciences in Respiratory Therapy. He also holds Certifications in Search Engine Optimization, Photography and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He is an avid reader, writer, photographer, and exercise enthusiast.

Tina

CLINICAL SLEEP ADMINISTRATOR

Tina is one of our Clinical Sleep Administrators starting with us at the Ontario Sleep Care Pembroke location and is now located in her hometown of Kingston.

Her history of working in healthcare lead her to a job as a Sleep Technologist, which meant monitoring sleep studies and seeing first-hand the benefits of treating sleep apnea.

Since being on our team at Ontario Sleep Care, she is able to help find the best mask to ensure our clients get the sleep they deserve.

When she’s not helping people get a good night’s sleep, she is spending time with her two dogs, painting, or hanging out with friends and family.

Robin

SLEEP CLINICIAN/ REGISTERED PRACTICAL NURSE

Robin is a Registered Practical Nurse who works as a Sleep Clinician for Ontario Sleep Care’s Niagara Falls location. Robin received her Nursing diploma at Niagara College and got her start in nursing on the medical and surgical units at GNG. With nearly a decade of experience in the field of sleep, Robin has a passion for helping others. She successfully partners with Sleep Physicians’ to achieve the best outcomes for our patients. Robin lives in Niagara Falls with her husband and two children and enjoys spending time outdoors and going camping with her family.

Magda

CLINICAL SLEEP ADMINISTRATOR

Magda joined Ontario Sleep Care in 2020 as a Clinical Sleep Administrator working out of our Milton location. Magda brings 12 years of experience in Customer Service and Sleep Apnea therapy. Her past roles were in Sleep Apnea and Oxygen therapies, concentrating the last 4 years in Sleep Apnea. Over the years Magda has learned there is a solution to every problem. Magda is caring and passionate in helping others. Great sleep is the base to good health. Phrase that describes Magda best is “Optimism is contagious.”

Magda is a mother to 3 wonderful daughters, lives in Mississauga. In her spare time, she likes to create stained glass, and spend time up North with friends and family.

Karolina

BILLING CLERK / CLINICAL ADMINISTRATOR

Karolina has been a part of the Ontario Sleep Care team since October 2020.

Her successful career in healthcare working alongside physicians as an Administrative/Clinical Assistant to Hospital Materials Management had been her focus for many years. Over the past 7 years she has worked in the CPAP therapy field and has seen exciting advancements in sleep apnea therapy.

Karen

PATIENT SLEEP THERAPIST

Karen is a Patient Sleep Therapist with Ontario Sleep Care at our Kingston location.

At our Kingston office, Karen is often the first face you will see. She enjoys meeting new people, helping our clients understand their diagnosis and achieve compliance with therapy.

Joining the OSC team in 2018, she brought with her over 20 years of sleep experience working in a local sleep lab. She was a physician’s assistant explaining sleep diagnosis and treatment to patients. There she performed sleep studies, she was responsible for helping patients as they started their CPAP therapy and helped them succeed in making therapy a part of their daily lifestyle.

Graduated from KLC College with honors as a PSW in 2000 but decided to remain with the sleep lab, as she found the critical impact of poor sleep on individuals to be profound and enjoyed helping make a difference in their daily lives.

Has 3 cats, loves all animals including keeping the bird feeders full for the visual enjoyment of her cats!

Allyson S

SLEEP CLINICIAN / REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST

Upon graduation from Vanier College in 1985 as a Respiratory and Anaesthesia Therapist, Allyson worked in the ICU and Pulmonary Function Laboratory at a teaching hospital in Montreal.  Following fifteen years in these capacities, she moved to Toronto where she was the Manager for the Home Care division of a Toronto Hospital and directed the provision of oxygen and CPAP Therapy to their outpatients.

In 2017, Allyson moved to Kingston and helped establish the Ontario Sleep Care office and continues to provide the best possible care and instruction to her CPAP clients.

She looks forward to using her many years of experience coupled with the most current up to date technology and therapy to provide you effective individualized service and support.

Tracey

SLEEP CLINICIAN / REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST

Tracey is a Registered Respiratory Therapist working out of our Niagara Falls office. She joined Ontario Sleep Care in 2021, with over 30 years experience in the areas of intensive care, long term ventilator care, home oxygen, and sleep-disordered breathing. Tracey is committed to helping her patients be successful in therapy, to improve their quality of life and protect their cardiovascular health. She is elated when a patient tells her that starting on CPAP has been life changing!

Tracey is a Respiratory Therapy graduate from the Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences (formerly TIMT) in Toronto where she started her career, then continued her work in Chicago. After living in the United States for 25 years, she is happy to be back in Canada. Tracey enjoys spending time with her husband and family, she is a proud grandmother of 2. She loves playing hockey, listening to music and interior design.

Mariella

CLINICAL SLEEP SPECIALIST

Mariella is a Sleep Clinician at our Kingston office; with a physiotherapy degree and also specialized in respiratory therapy from Sao Paulo, Brazil. She worked in the ICU and semi-intensive units for almost 5 years. After that, she was invited to manage the respiratory service for a Home Care company where she coordinated the services of CPAP, BIPAP, and oxygen therapy.

She came to Canada with her lovely family in 2015. Once established and adapted in Canada, in 2017 she decided to study health care administration at SLC to keep working in health care which is her passion and were she thrives.

In her free time, she enjoys watching TV shows, but also can easily be found jogging by the Kingston’s streets or walking her sweet dog.

Mariella is a dedicated health care professional who always have a smile on her face. She is always ready to use her knowledge to help patients to feel better and achieve their goals.

SLEEP ASSISTANT

Sarah is our Sleep Assistant at the Ontario Sleep Care location in Perth.
Born and raised in the Perth/ Smiths Falls areas, she is happy to have found this career opportunity in her hometown. She has many years of customer service, front desk reception and administration as well. Sarah received her Medical Office Assistant Diploma from Trillium College in Kingston in 2020 and has since worked for a local community health centre until welcoming her first child in May 2021.

CLINICAL SLEEP ADMINISTRATOR

Kylie is our Clinical Sleep Administrator for the Niagara Falls location.

She joined the Ontario Sleep Care team in March of 2023. Kylie graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and has really enjoyed working in the sleep industry, helping patients manage their Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Being able to help people improve their quality of life by using therapy is her favorite part of the job! Not only does she help manage the office, but she is also the first point of contact for patients and helps guide them through the early stages of starting treatment.

Michael (Mike) is our CPAP Clinician at our Ottawa West location.

Mike is from the Ottawa area; he has been a sleep therapy user for the last 7 years and speaks from experience when talking about how it has changed his life and energy.  20 plus years in sales, service, and management all while delivering quality customer experiences has taught him how to express the importance of Sleep Therapy in a way that resonates with our patients to succeed in their Sleep Therapy Journey.

Mike has 2 young boys and 2 cats, that take a lot of his time, loves to test out new Dad jokes with them, and geek out watching Star Wars, or throwing axes in the evenings and weekends.

Laura F is our Clinical Sleep Administrator at the Dundas St location in Etobicoke.

Laura has over 10 years experience in various patient care roles including long term care, family support, education and special needs care. Laura believes getting quality sleep is the foundation of good health and loves to see the positive effects the right therapy can have for patients.

Allison M is our CPAP Clinician at the Ottawa West location.

Allison has over 30 years Customer Service experience in past roles as Pharmacy Assistant, and Medical Billing of Mobility, Sleep Apnea Equipment and feeding supplies for a home oxygen company. Allison has a business administration degree from St Lawrence College in Cornwall, Ontario

She is very passionate to help her patients because she believes in better health- better life.

Allison has three children and 2 grandchildren. Family is everything to her and spending as much time with them as possible is her greatest joy.

In her spare time she and her husband love riding on their Harleys and seeing new places and meeting new people.

Michele

CPAP CLINICIAN

Michele is our CPAP Clinician for our Mississauga location.

Michele is a certified PSW joining us in 2023 with over a year of experience supporting and educating patients with their CPAP therapy. She attended Trios College’s PSW program and graduated with distinction and top of her class in 2021. Previous to this, she worked in long term care and has a long history of customer service, sales & marketing and support within the Hospitality industry.

Michele enjoys working with our patients to achieve success with their therapy. The best feedback she loves to hear is how CPAP changed their lives and seeing her patients happy, healthy, and well rested!

He has also held implementation roles in anesthesia / mechanical ventilation, as well as national management roles in clinical compliance, policy implementation and education.

David is an avid fan of any his 9 grandchildren’s activities and spends a great deal time supporting them in their sporting and various other events.

He brings his passion for patient care and respiratory therapy, with a goal to help his patients attain a comfortable night’s sleep through compassionate, individualised support.

CPAP CLINICIAN / REGISTERED PRACTICAL NURSE

Kenneth is our Sleep Clinician at our Brampton location.

He has over 6 years of nursing experience in various settings and 5 of which are in CPAP care. He has received his Practical Nursing Diploma from Sheridan College in 2018. After 1 year working in hospital and long-term care settings, Kenneth has found his passion in the CPAP field.

Kenneth has a passion for helping people and improving their quality of life. Knowing that he has helped somebody achieve a happier, healthier life through CPAP therapy is his main motivation.

In his off time, Kenneth likes to exercise, spend time with his dog, and manage his photobooth business.

CLINICAL SLEEP ADMINISTRATOR

Crystal is our Clinical Sleep Administrator at our Thornhill office.

She graduated from South China University of Technology, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

After moving to Canada, she got her Medical Office Administration diploma from Seneca College in 2008.  Crystal has worked in several doctor’s offices and clinics during her time in Canada. Moreover, she has 4 years of experience working with CPAP vendors, helping clients, and coordinating with sleep labs.

Crystal believes a healthy life is based on quality sleep and regular exercise.

Andrea R.

CPAP CLINICIAN

Andrea R. is our CPAP Clinician at the Pembroke location.

Andrea brings with her 12 years of experience in the home healthcare industry and a vast background in customer relations that has proven to be beneficial in her new role.

She has 5+ years serving the Ottawa Valley as a real estate agent. This has given her great experience in attention to detail, client confidentiality and further follow-up relationships. Prior to real estate, she was a Home Health Care Specialist in Barrie, ON. She enjoyed this field for over 12 years, working in customer service, and sales by running two separate showrooms for medical devices. She worked closely with the RVH Hospital for the pre-surgery for hip and knee replacements.

With all this experience, she learned great customer service, retail experience, lots of patience, and compassion when assisting people during difficult times. She is great at assessing and anticipating future needs, helping people find solutions to everyday problems and always thinking outside the box (her specialty). She truly enjoys helping people. She has a reputation for going above and beyond for clients, and her attention to detail has already made her a welcomed addition to the team.
